Meeting Physical Needs: Care Net is able to meet the physical needs of birth moms each year through our parenting program, Earn While You Learn. They gain much needed parenting education and they receive Mommy Bucks to shop in our well stocked "stores" for diapers, baby clothing, car seats, strollers and other baby needs.
Meeting Spiritual Needs: Care Net volunteers have the privilege of sharing spiritual Truth with all who visit the center. Over the past year, our volunteers initiated more than 600 spiritual conversations, thus planting seeds of God’s love in the hearts of our clients. We have many opportunities to minister to women in painful and destructive lifestyles, showing them a better way through Christ. Sometimes we are the only sane voice in their world.
Post Abortion Healing: Care Net provides an opportunity for healing and restoration to those who have been hurt by abortion, emotionally and spiritually. In Bible Study Recovery Groups (Forgiven and Set Free), post abortive women find freedom from unresolved grief of past abortions and experience Christ’s healing forgiveness. |
